Register Online

MCBA Online Registration is available using the form below.  Your registration total will be calculated based on your selections. Payments are accepted through Paypal accounts OR directly through a credit or debit card. After your registration is complete, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address that you entered on this registration form.

The fees listed are annual assessments.

We kindly request that all registration fees for the church and all auxiliaries/ministries be completed by the Annual Session.

All churches with officers (Parent Body, Presidents, & Area Vice Presidents) are asked to register in full by the end of the Semi-Annual Session with a minimum of $1,630 ($1130 in registration and $500 in support of Moderator’s Banquet). All other churches are urged to pay at least half your assessment at the Semi-Annual Session.

Officer churches must register in the following categories: Parent Body, Missionaries, Deaconess, Missions, Church School/Christian Education, All Male Groups, Nurses, Ushers, Youth Ministry, and Associate Ministers. Churches that register in all of the above categories are exempt from all event registrations, excluding the Institutes led by the Congress.
